Software Licence Agreement

This Software Licence Agreement governs use of software products provided by CHAIRMANS Holding through Chairmans Markets and related divisions.

Licences are granted for personal or business use as specified at purchase. Redistribution, reverse engineering, or resale without written permission is prohibited unless expressly permitted in product documentation.

Software is provided without warranty of performance or fitness for a particular trading outcome. Users remain responsible for configuration, testing, and all market risk.
